"An Act relating to the donation to a food bank of hatchery                   
salmon, to the donation of food by meat processors, seafood                    
processors, manufacturers, packers, processors, bottlers, and similar

Representative Vezey moved and asked unanimous consent that the                
following committee substitute with a technical title change be adopted        
in lieu of the original bill:                                                  
                                                                               
HOUSE CS FOR CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 68(HES)                                   
"An Act relating to the donation to a food bank of hatchery                   
salmon, to the donation of food by meat processors, seafood                    
processors, manufacturers, packers, processors, bottlers, and similar          
entities, and to who qualifies as a food bank; and providing for an            
effective date."                                                               
                                                                               
There being no objection, it was so ordered.                                   
                                                                               
Representative Vezey moved and asked unanimous consent that HCS                
CSSB 68(HES) be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading and            
placed on final passage.  There being no objection, it was so ordered.
